1.Defective or Damaged Items:

Return Conditions

  1. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Please ensure that you pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at email, social media, and whatsapp with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Carefully pack the item, include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the tracking information for your records.

Refund and Exchange Process

  1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 days.
